Sometimes it arrives quietly
Grief lives in the body as much as the mind. This work meets it there.
Through movement, breath, sound and stillness, this structured approach helps you:
As the work deepens, it can extend into life coaching – supporting you in rebuilding purpose and moving forward with clarity.
Meeting grief with steadiness and compassion.
Duḥkha describes a state of inner unease – when something within us feels unsettled or too heavy to hold.
Śoka (Shoka) refers to the sorrow that accompanies loss.
Yoga also speaks of viśoka (Vishoka)- a quiet steadiness that can exist even in the midst of grief.
From this perspective, grief is not something to rush or remove, but part of being human.
Grief & Beyond is a space I created for those who feel something has changed – whether through loss, life transitions or experiences that are hard to name.
A little over a year ago, a deep personal loss shook the sense of stability in my life. What I understood about grief intellectually became something I had to live through, day by day.
Yoga and life coaching held me through it – not by offering answers, but by giving me a way to stay present when everything felt uncertain.
Over time, this experience opened into a deeper understanding: that some of the most powerful forms of grief are not always obvious.
Today, I offer a space where you can work through grief using movement, breath and awareness, at your own pace – for anyone carrying something heavy and not quite knowing where to begin.
A gentle, yoga-based approach to help you work with what you’re carrying
