Grief is not always about losing someone.

Sometimes it arrives quietly

In a relationship that has shifted. In a role or identity that no longer fits.
In burnout. Health Challenges. In dreams that didn't take shape.
It can also be the weight of emotions you never had room to feel.
Whatever form your grief takes - it is real. It deserves attention.

The Grief & Beyond Method

Awareness →  Expression→ Integration

Grief lives in the body as much as the mind. This work meets it there.

Through movement, breath, sound and stillness, this structured approach helps you:

  • Recognise what you have been carrying.
  • Work through what the body and mind are holding.
  • Find steadiness and a sense of direction again.

As the work deepens, it can extend into life coaching – supporting you in rebuilding purpose and moving forward with clarity.

A Yogic Lens on Grief

Meeting grief with steadiness and compassion.

Duḥkha describes a state of inner unease – when something within us feels unsettled or too heavy to hold.

Śoka (Shoka) refers to the sorrow that accompanies loss.

Yoga also speaks of viśoka (Vishoka)- a quiet steadiness that can exist even in the midst of grief.

From this perspective, grief is not something to rush or remove, but part of being human.

Grief and beyond support group

Hi, I’m Kripa.

Grief & Beyond is a space I created for those who feel something has changed – whether through loss, life transitions or experiences that are hard to name.

A little over a year ago, a deep personal loss shook the sense of stability in my life. What I understood about grief intellectually became something I had to live through, day by day.

Yoga and life coaching held me through it – not by offering answers, but by giving me a way to stay present when everything felt uncertain.

Over time, this experience opened into a deeper understanding: that some of the most powerful forms of grief are not always obvious.

Today, I offer a space where you can work through grief using movement, breath and awareness, at your own pace – for anyone carrying something heavy and not quite knowing where to begin.
