It can also arise when life changes in ways that feel difficult to understand, accept or move through.
Grief may come from:
Grief does not always look dramatic. Sometimes it appears as confusion, heaviness, numbness, restlessness or simply feeling not quite yourself.
A gentle pathway where body, breath, reflective inquiry and timeless wisdom come together to support healing.
You become aware of what is present – within the body, the breath and the quieter emotional shifts.
Through yoga-based grief therapy, emotions are gently supported to soften and move – using breath, mindful movement, sound and stillness.
As the emotional weight begins to ease, a sense of steadiness and clarity begins to emerge.
From this place, the work naturally expands into life coaching – supporting you in reconnecting with direction, purpose, and the path forward.
Grief and Beyond is my offering for anyone who has experienced grief, recently or in the past.
A little over a year ago, a profound loss shook the safe and happy world I knew. It changed my relationship with God, my world and the way my family and I lived our everyday lives.
Yoga and life coaching held me when nothing else could. They helped me find steadiness in the darkness and showed me that grief does not have to disappear for life to begin feeling whole again. I continue to grow and live around the grief at my own pace.
Over time, my personal experience opened into a deeper understanding that some of the most powerful forms of grief are not always obvious. They live quietly in life changes, unmet expectations, identity shifts and the versions of ourselves we leave behind.
This is the space I now hold for others – compassionate yet practical, tender yet steady, spiritual yet grounded.
